Export Terms & Wholesale Information

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

• Retail sample order: 1 piece (for evaluation, sample container, or small resellers)
• Wholesale order: Starting from 1x20ft container (mixed items welcome)
• Full container (FCL): 1x20ft or 1x40ft, customizable product mix
• Custom/bespoke designs may have a separate MOQ depending on complexity — contact us to discuss.

Production & Lead Time

• Custom/bespoke designs: [ISI: contoh 8–12 weeks, tergantung kompleksitas]

• Lead times may vary depending on order size and finishing details (carving, gilding, upholstery).

Shipping & Logistics

• We regularly export via sea freight (container) from Semarang / Tanjung Emas Port and Jakarta / Tanjung Priok Port.
• Full container loading photos/videos provided before shipment for buyer verification.
• Export documentation provided: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin (COO), and Fumigation Certificate.
• Wood legality documents (SVLK / V-Legal) available upon request for EU and other regulated markets.

• Handmade carving by skilled Jepara artisans — a woodworking tradition passed down for generations.
• Finishing options: antique white, natural wood tone, gold leaf, two-tone, custom color matching (via sample/photo).
• Every piece can be customized in size, fabric, and finish to suit your project or market preference.

Payment Terms
